Pros
The team at the office is great. Because you can’t get guidance or support from the management, you can at least ask help from the team at the office.
Cons
I have never had a job where I was so treated so badly. The management shows zero appreciation towards the employees, hires them to do one thing but then makes them do so much more without any extra pay. The management gives promises that are not fulfilled. The leading strategy in the company seems to be ”lead with fear and threats” and the management does not encourage their employees at all. It was the lack of respect, encouragement, guidance and appreciation that made me no longer want to work there. The micro-management in the company is also insane. You literally have to report your every move to the management and it feels extremely pressuring to know that someone is always watching. I would never want to go back and I could never recommend this job to anyone.
