      Pros

      A good idea misled. It was good for my personal growth as I got a better hang on my writing skills.

      Cons

      It was a constant power play, no professionalism. It could have turned into a good publication if a few egoistic people were kept off. No place is perfect but if things go out of hand then its not a work place anymore. One of the reasons the venture closed.

      Nice initiative, good section of resources, good market to grow, time was right, The momentum was nice.

      Cons

      Inverter interference in day to day operations or you can say minute by minute intervention is the biggest problem. Too many directors to give instructions.
