      None the place is shambles.

      Cons

      Terrible management, no work life balance. This has got to be worst company I've ever worked for. Constant safe gaurding issues and confidentially being broke. Service users put at risk on a daily basis and also staff. No training given management where two faced and completely inappropriate with their behaviours towards staff. The company is mess I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, avoid if you want your sanity.

      Pros

      Staff you work with are usually nice but that could happen at any workplace and is nothing to do with the company itself

      Cons

      Bad wages, reduced sleep pay, always cutting corners for funding and hours. Lack of money used for resident’s homes, middle management poor and out of touch.
