      - Employees are smart and have no issues with working very long hours where needed (unfortunately most of the time). Potentialpark definitely knows how to recruit good people. - It's a good place for foreigners to start a career in Sweden - Collaborative culture

      Cons

      - Workload and salaries much lower than Swedish standards. Young people lured by management's hope-selling style - The decision-makers (3-4 persons) have been there for too long. They have had their chance to grow the company and unfortunately, as long as they are around, this will limit Potentialpark's growth

      Pros

      Working in Potentialpark has been an incredible opportunity to establish myself as a thought leader in Employer Branding and Digital HR Communication. The company gives you a lot of accountability from day one, which really helps you strengthen your entrepreneurial mindset and take ownership of your projects. The team is wonderfully diverse, with talented colleagues from all over the world, making collaboration inspiring and enriching every day.

      Cons

      Like in any fast-paced environment, the high level of accountability means that you need to be proactive and comfortable taking initiative. For me, this was a positive challenge, but it might not suit everyone.
