Pros

Depending on the position, lots of autonomy. If you prove yourself and come to the table with solid, solutions-based ideas and a willingness collaborate, you'll be rewarded. If you're hourly, there is very little call for overtime (office). If you're salary, the need to work late ebbs and flows with your level of responsibility, but no outrageous hours. There is a perception, that upper management it unapproachable - NOT TRUE. They are focused and results driven; however, they will all make time to chat or listen whenever possible.

Cons

There are some areas that have been overly micromanaged in the past, but they seem to be getting better. Compensation and time-off could be better, but work-life balance is the trade off. Not a con about the company, but about the attitudes of employees: If you come to work every day bitter about your situation, you're not going to be happy anywhere. Bitterness & drama spread like and infection. I've seen the morale and attitudes of an entire team change for the better with the removal of one bad apple.
