Once you get hired, never express interest in moving to another department, even if it's literally in desperate need of staff. They'll take pleasure in making sure they never give it to you while dangling it in front of you for the duration of your employment. Also, they absolutely take money off the top of each employee's paycheck and hide it until they're caught. And when they get called out on it, they make your existence a living hell until you have no choice but to quit.
