      Pros

      PowerApps911 has awesome leadership, is always transparent, and treats employees and clients well.

      Cons

      You need to be highly motivated for fully remote work and stay on top of new developments in the platform. Not really a con, but it's not for everyone.

      Pros

      4-day work weeks, do I need to say anything else? It is a small company where everyone works together to continue to grow. No one is trying to work 60 hours a week to get ahead. I kind of think of it as a lifestyle company.

      Cons

      Not working 60 hours a week means we aren't paid as much as some of those other consulting companies that work you till you burn out.
