friendly coworkers, interesting work, lots of learning very fast. Exciting projects, growing field, unionized professional environment (for all except senior management)
Cons
high intensity, low support from some managers, some senior managers have unrealistic expectations for people and apply excess pressure, all groups are understaffed, there is no time to catch your breath.
