Pros

A handful of people were nice.

Cons

• never having access to payslips then as a last little joke not bothering to send my last payslip but sent everyone else’s. • knowing they were understaffed for 2 years and doing nothing about it. • Allowing the mean girls to bully multiple people and make most of the office feel uncomfortable at times and doing nothing about it. • we asked for a payrise and instead you make bonuses even harder to get and then later found out that HR said that we should be getting paid £15k instead of £17k while their there getting their nice cushy wage for hardly doing anything. • the return to work form was nonsense for those who had mental health issues. • too much pressure given on call agents causing people who didn’t have mental health issues before to have mental health issues.
