Thank you for your review. We are incredibly proud of the portfolio we have, with varied and prestigious brands we get to work with and the incentives we are able to provide to show our teams that we appreciate everything the teams are doing in the field. There are always less enjoyable tasks in any job, and paper work/admin (for some) might fit that category. It is important to note that the reporting our field reps do for us is invaluable. Although you may not see the direct impact, it is huge for the reporting and insights we are able to provide our customers, which is a critical element of our services. Our field reps are the clients' "eyes and ears" and we are incredibly grateful for all they do! One aspect of a Field Manager's job is to ensure that feedback from the field flows up to senior management, as their day to day roles are incredibly busy with other aspects, not allowing much time to spend in the field. We appreciate your highlighting the perspective from a field rep and will be sure to look into this to ensure the communication channels are working. Thank you again for reviewing, and we hope you have enjoyed your time with Powerforce as a whole.
