      Pros

      It was remote when I worked there. Set your own hours. Work on cool series with cool people.

      Cons

      CEO doesn't have artist best interest at heart. Pushed back hard on unionizing and let go a large portion of the work force once the union was voted for. Job creep. The pay was very low compared to industry standard and wasn't increased with cost of living despite working on massive series. Either by bad negotiation or it's inequitable management. Benefits declined year over year. Started with great insurance that got worse and covered less every for 4 years.

      Pros

      Wonderful people, creative job, you get to make things come to life!

      Cons

      I worked there in the mid 2000's and the pay was relatively low then. Understandable because all US animation needs to compete with animation overseas.

      Pros

      Full of wonderfully talented people that really encouraged each other's development.

      Cons

      Employment is unsteady in the best of times, contracts often would get pulled from us last minute by companies we were working with. Not necessarily the fault of management but it was quite frustrating and made planning for the future really difficult.
