Pros
Lots of opportunity to learn new skills. Friendly co-workers. Constant work. Decent location and new office. Clean. Casual dress code. In reality 2.5 stars
Cons
-Long working hours, sometimes OT is required which is not compensated. Sometimes weekends are needed too. - You are well underpaid below market value for your work - Little to no opportunity for promotion/growth. In my time here there may be 2-4 promotions company wide. You'd need literally 20-30 years of service here before you move into a better role - Poor management at times especially from the top - Working remotely is not allowed during COVID, even when it is very possible. This allows the managers to micromanage you at the office - Concerns of being fired at anytime for anything, even when you think you're doing well during the probation period. This results in high turnover rates - When you make a mistake, the company doesn't have your back from what I saw before. - Communication is lacking at times (intra-, inter- department) - Little diversity in the office. Male to female ratio leans heavily towards males. - No paid sick days. I had to burn a vacation day one time when I felt really sick and couldn't come in.
