Pros
Collaborative team work culture. Colleagues do not hesitate to help out each other and to provide workload reliefs. My managers are very reasonable and care about the well beings of all team members. There are plenty of trainings and knowledge resources available, as long as you’re willing to spend time. Very hands on work, quick and effective way to see through developments in technical and interpersonal skills.
Cons
Salary is not too impressive, given the high level of competencies we must achieve to deliver projects in good quality. Some clients may not be as easy going, some sites and weather conditions can be rough, but Powertech is so dependent on clients and has to adapt to play along.
