Pros

Experience in the field and further understanding of what it meant to work in a toxic work environment.

Cons

Toxic employees caused such a harsh work environment that what once was a career, simply ended up being a stepping stone to pay the bills for most. Management deals too much in politics and who the "favorites" are in the office, therefore if you don't come from the same background or viewpoints, you're doomed to fail. Management doesn't understand the "larger picture" of what is truly going on in the company, therefore no one has a voice unless you're at the top. Pay is extremely low compared to competitors doing the exact same business model.

Pros

Fantastic office in Richmond Heights/Clayton with beautiful window views.

Cons

Zero autonomy. Employees have zero autonomy to do the work they were hired to do because management doesn't trust the employees it hired. This creates bottlenecks due to strict approval processes and as a result, nothing gets done. Sales are down, customer retention is very low, employee turnover is high. Wonderful, talented people work here who truly want to make it better; LOTS of potential but will never get there if management continues to hire "yes" men only or make up jobs for friends/acquaintances that aren't necessary and come with inflated salaries. There are too many people for the amount of work that needs to be done; they are over-staffed. There are far too many layers of management for such a small company.
