Even better, retail healthcare means most of our customers are also business owners. Supporting them means helping someone grow and build a business, and carve out their own place in the world while also serving their community. Beyond the mission, the leadership is exceptional. They are sharp, collaborative, transparent, and approachable, all while engendering a high standard of performance.

We are growing, integrating products, establishing new processes, and evolving every day. Change is the only constant. If you don't like change, and a good Friends "pivot" joke, it won't be the place for you!

The amount of employee appreciation days and little events for us here and there are astonishing. This place cares a lot about your mental state and how to support your mental health, which does not go unnoticed. It is very easy to leave work at work and enjoy the rest of your day.

I will say that I understand that there is a massive change in SOP and a massive amount of people that work at this company, so the importance of communication is a high priority. I feel that the communication passed to the day-to-day workers versus just management needs to be addressed. The ideas in progress and focusing on the big picture is great, but I feel like the day to day people don’t really get that clear “what is changing in MY job” answer.
