Pros

Lower level employees tend to be great. Work life balance is pretty good if you're lucky enough to be hired from a remote position.

Cons

CEO and top level management are arrogant and self-centered, surrounding themselves with "yes men/women" and refuse to listen to anyone but themselves. They are completely out of touch and disconnected from their employees and their customers. Pay is well below market rates and upward mobility is incredibly limited. Raises are few and far between, and never rise above cost of living increases. Despite promoting a (fake) culture that spotlights quality employees, behind the scenes, those star employees are completely unappreciated and undercompensated. To make matters worse, the company has recently begun replacing American workers with cheap offshore labor to save a buck.

Pros

Unlike companies built around clicks, ads, or keeping eyelids glued on screens, our products do the opposite- and aim to decrease the amount of time healthcare practitioners spend on their keyboards. Even better, retail healthcare means most of our customers are also business owners. Supporting them means helping someone grow and build a business, and carve out their own place in the world while also serving their community. Beyond the mission, the leadership is exceptional. They are sharp, collaborative, transparent, and approachable, all while engendering a high standard of performance.

Cons

We are growing, integrating products, establishing new processes, and evolving every day. Change is the only constant. If you don't like change, and a good Friends "pivot" joke, it won't be the place for you!
