      Pros

      Prairie, Inc. is a great place to work. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and wants to help you be successful in every way. I have been in the industry a long time and I can actually say Prairie, Inc. is the best place I have ever worked. They like to share ideas, give incentives and gives you the opportunity to continue to grow professionally and personally. Prairie, Inc. is also hard working, focused and gives us several tools to use to help us achieve our goals. It is a fun environment. I would definitely recommend Prairie, Inc. as a place of employment.

      Pros

      Prairie is specialized in IT recruiting. The team and the owner are a technical staff with hands on IT experience. Some of the members of the team are from the development side, infrastructure, management or a combination of these skills. The team really understands IT and what candidates do and how they do it. It really sets the company apart from other agencies that don't have the same skill or experience.

      Cons

      Because the company is specialized in IT, the agency isn't able to help some of the clients with staffing needs in other areas. I'm not sure that this is really a con though since Prairie is a specialized firm. The team really knows what they are doing when it comes to technical clients and candidates. Stick with what you know!
