      Pros

      Staff in the inner circle of Sri Lankan origin are well paid

      Cons

      The CEO is a paranoid dictator . The offices have cctv and microphones . There is a physical verification of desks and kitchen equipment every day . Staff are threatened , belittled and demeaned. There are backward processes and the company operates in total chaos . They are anti English and rather hire foreigners who they can abuse at will. Staff are Treated like criminals and there is no trust . This is an horrific place to work. Anyone who enjoys it here is a fan of self harm

      Company truck, 401k, okay pay! Untaxed perdiem.

      Cons

      Poor leadership! Very disorganized but, I have worked for other companies and it seems to be the industry’s standard. No life usually 5 to 6 weeks on and maybe 1 week off. Not great benefits, no vacation just 12days holiday and sick leave. More training.
