      Pros

      It is a small, close knit company; not micro managed. The pay was good, and it is a nice environment (until it isn't).

      Cons

      If you don't "fit in" they will find ways to make your work environment very uncomfortable in attempt to make you quit, and then fire you.

      Many great entry level employees, terrible leadership. A few toxic employees are able to create a toxic environment.
