Pros
A leader in a small niche with few competitors. Consistently funded by shareholders despite the lack of profits. Young employees mostly out of college or with 1-2 prior jobs.
Cons
Horrible management lacking vision and experience. All of the management is in Sweden and they have little global experience or work tenure. Most are more interested in summer vacations than building a profitable business. Management lacks integrity. Engineering lacks innovation. Employees express entitlement and superiority despite lackluster performance. The Swedish unions make it difficult to fire underperformers.
