Pros
Unlimited PTO but only if you don't have any pending tasks to be completed. Remote first company. They have all the flexibility to either work from home or do hybrid forever. People working in the company have previously worked in big tech companies. Hence you have so much to learn. Leader in providing data integrity solutions to almost all of Fortune 100 companies and more.
Cons
Interview process is stretched a bit. For SSE, there were 5 rounds in total. It took about a month for me. Compensation is below the standards of FAANG/ MAANG companies.
