Pros

1.I felt bad being for so many years I feel the only good thing comes to my mind is remote work culture.

Cons

Certainly, here are some additional cons you might consider: 1. Lack of Transparency: Important information, decisions, and processes are often concealed or not adequately communicated to employees, leading to confusion and frustration. 2. Ineffective Leadership: The QA director just thinks about himself how he can safe his job , not concerned about employee , just giving false promises and lack vision, direction, or the ability to effectively lead and inspire their teams. 3. Limited Growth Opportunities: Opportunities for career advancement and professional development may be scarce or biased, leading to stagnation and dissatisfaction among employees. 4. Toxic Work Environment: The prevalence of office politics and lack of accountability can contribute to a toxic work environment, where trust and collaboration are compromised. 5. Even after being a good performer and getting promotion you can be fired Anytime and don't know the reason may be because of our QA Director.I never got any answer for that.
