Bait and switch on job description between the time I signed the offer to the time I arrived. My anticipated position was completely changed. When on my first business trip, I was encouraged to 'beef up' my experience in a particular discipline when speaking with the client. I was scolded for not writing duplicate notes (meaning, my manager told me I needed to take 'all the notes' even if others are taking the same exact notes). One more: IT doesn't just 'kind of' keep an eye on things; they are starving hawks and I know for certain the company is prying in to the most minute actions taken through their computers / machines.
