I worked in precision group less than a year. nt a great place experience person .make false promise while joining the company.hr and managers not have much communication .hr dept totally waste never response the employes .Always their will be deduction in salary and casual leaves .when u ask the hr dept they will nt response to u.shows their hands accounts dept and accounts to shows their hands to manager,this process never ends.field engg petrol allowance also will not be cerdit on time..freshers salary will be 6000.even security person will more salary.my advice dnt join this company.if their is 0 rating means.surely i will give 0 only.
Cons
Pls see the needs of the workers. Change the hr peoples no response from in most casr Increases the salary structure.
