      Company cat, breakfast, some great coworkers, decent pay

      Cons

      Owners seem to have lost interest in having a healthy working environment. The Operations manager is a joke and gets away with her incompetences, some people are very overworked while several others have time to watch movies at their desk.

      The employees are served breakfast every day, company lunches.

      Cons

      SOOOOO much drama from the owners/management. No one likes the Operations Manager, she will turn on you fast. Everyone's brother/child/sibling works there, lots of favoritism. Company is losing clients and it affects the employees. Layoffs, pay cuts...
