Pros
* Being able to take part in many projects that will result in positive changes. * Seeing the company culture and employee attitude reflect these changes. * The ability to use my skill base to affect these changes. * Teamwork, teamwork, teamwork. * Feeling that my concerns, opinions, and general input are valuable. * Pride in my position as a change agent. * Sense of stability. * The benefits, Paid holidays, and pay are good.
Cons
The commute for me is very long. Many of the current employees are "long timers (25+ years) and are leery about change however this appears to be changing. Getting past the "old way" of doing things can be a struggle but, to be fair, it is becoming less so.
