Pros

The work this company is does is spectacular and it's a great team to be a part of. Employees maintain a high standard of work by holding each other accountable. They also help and rely on each other. Innovative thinking and hard work are rewarded. The work is challenging but the day is done at 5.

Cons

Expectations are high. The work is complex and the standard is perfection. It's a high stress environment. Employees must pay close attention to detail to avoid mistakes. Growth is not handed to employees but opportunities abound for those who work hard to learn the trade and add value to the company.

Pros

Interesting clientele and projects. Salary was fair.

Cons

There is a family type of atmosphere because this is a family/life long friends owned business which is not disclosed during the interview process. Very unprofessional environment. Revolving door (which was not disclosed during the interview). Management does not have an open door policy or is nonexistent. Workload is beyond burdensome. Complete lack of training available. Lack of innovation. Absolutely NO quality of work life. You are expected to work overtime without pay and there are no breaks throughout the day other than 1 hour for lunch. Completely lacking in communication skills. Technology that could help productivity not available. Benefits (though 100% covered) are not worth having. Employees are given 10 days vacation time but that includes 5 days that the company closes after the holidays so in reality you are only given 5 days yearly to use at your own discretion.
