      Don't work here until hell freezes.

      They don't listen to their most talented and expert employees, as a matter of fact they get rid of them. They let go their most loyal and talented people.

      Pros

      There is a lot of room for promotion if you work hard. They encourage working in all different departments to make you a well rounded and valuable employee.

      Cons

      Increase in non-skilled/experienced labor in production; use of temp services with workers that have little experience or poor performance.
