Pros
Working with customers in the automotive industry is awesome! However there is nothing good about working for this company, for the practices of this company. I am not a negative person, it is hard for me to leave a negative review. However, I will leave a truthful.
Cons
*They put everyone on "salary" so they can skate by paying overtime. * Instead of doing true upselling, you are expected to sell people things they do not need. *They moved my target store sales goal every time I would come close to hitting it, this prevented me from ever hitting the bonus structure that is so lucrative. They rope you and talking about this great bonus structure, you will never get it don't hold your breath.
