Pros
There is a rich company culture with a focal point on trying to be the cutting edge. There is a recognition of talent and value. You will work with some awesome people. It is a very work hard/play hard environment. There are many chances to be involved as a team and learn new things.
Cons
There are lots of changes - somewhat inherent of the industry, somewhat inherent of the company. There was historical mis-management, but with the new CEO and structural changes, there is new direction and positive outlook.
