There are lots of opportunities to contribute ideas and take on side projects to improve customer experience and internal processes. The team is very supportive - whether that's the ability to regularly chat 1-on-1 with the CEO and team leads or during weekly meetings prescribed to solve your "tears" or blockers from the week - they're always looking for ways to help you grow. Cool open and transparent environment, which is great if you're new to the startup world and really want to understand how a growing SaaS business is run.
Cons
In a rapidly changing environment, there are always growing pains. This is not a 9-to-5 job - Tim Ferriss's 4-Hour Workweek enthusiasts need not apply here. Be prepared to work hard (and often long hours) with the team, but with it comes opportunities to learn how to work efficiently so you can deliver the most value for the customer.
