No growth opportunities. Low salary.

Pros
I have been with Prefer for over half a year and I am really happy. There is room for development but despite the size of the company it does not feel like your average small company. A lot of interesting people to work with and opportunity all over the place.
Cons
The team is not as big as we wish yet but management is pushing as hard as they can to make things happen.
