Pros
-I regularly have creative freedom and my opinion is heard. -Prefix invests in their employees. If I’m interested in something I’m encouraged to learn more of it. They provide financial help with tuition if you’re attending college as well. -I’ve seen, driven, and helped build things here I wouldn’t normally get this close to. -Management is aware that people have lives to live outside of work. -Decent benefits plan. -People here are friendly and resourceful. -Growing out of their shell quickly.
Cons
-While Prefix is a growing company things change quickly. Floor space is always in flux. Your toolbox or desk may be in a different room next week. -The sales team drives the workload and good growth, but sometimes doesn’t communicate requirements, capabilities, or capacity well.
