      Solid hours. Plenty of overtime if you want it

      Cons

      They don’t show appreciation for their good workers. Instead of pulling individuals aside to correct poor behavior quietly, everyone gets yelled at as a group. slackers still have a job & good people feel unappreciated.

      Good people (coworkers) & consistent hours

      Cons

      Low pay, likely won’t give the $1.00 hire-in pay promised, mess up your pay & not handle situation professionally. Move people into positions that offer more pay but don’t adjust that persons pay appropriately. No career advancement. Very dirty.
