Pros

Love the place and the people. I worked here from 2003 to 2005. I thought i needed to move on to bigger and better company's at the time so i moved on. I was working at AT&T in 2012 and Premier Logic approached me to come back. I took a look at what they were doing now and loved the what they were doing and loved the idea of coming back to work for a smaller more dynamic company where i feel like more than a number. Thank you PL

Cons

During the fast growth i didn't like seeing people come and go but Company's have to do this to weed out good but not so talented folks to get really good and talented people to work here. We have to present the best to our clients.

Pros

- tiny company - great technology - smaller projects can be fun

Cons

- Everything is outsourced to their really untalented and underpaid offshore team. They will expect you to pick up the slack and act like nothing happened. This is a plague on the technology industry as a whole. - Very hot and cold as far as projects go. The sales team can't get enough projects. Sometimes you will have nothing to do, sometimes you will have so much that you have to work 14 hour days. - Watch out for people trying to stab you in the back by shifting blame to you to save their own skin. Worst team players ever. - They can't hold on to good talent. I watched many extremely talented architects and developers leave the company without notice after being scorned one too many times. - They are a slave to the paycheck. To the point of allowing clients to verbally abuse their developers and project managers. I watched 3 people leave the company due to this. - Exceptionally crappy benefits. Like, wow. No 401k matching. They will lowball your salary to be below the market.
