Pros

there is not anything good about premier worst working condition to work under the supervisor suck human resources the is none.

Cons

horida working condition crap for a shop no tools to work with they expect you to supply all the tools to fix there equipment. speaking of there equipment it is all junk .there no place to wash equipment before you work on it. nobody takes care of anything. the bosses suck badly they change them every six months nobody knows what is going on at anytime. ask for something to work with and they look at you that's if you just asked them to cut off there arm would not recommend to anyone. they let you go for no reason at all on just with out giving you one at all. worst place in the world to work.

Pros

You get to work for a company that makes a difference. There is flexibility to help maintain a work/home balance. There are opportunities to make suggestions and work to implement more streamlined processes.

Cons

401k match is weak. No sick time. Max out 4 weeks PTO no matter how long you've been there. Definately a small time vibe and most people know each other which can lead to favortism a lot. Can be problamatic for those used to working in a more diversified setting.

Pros

4 day work weeks if you are on 1st shift Monday-Thursday. 3 day work weeks if on 3rd shift working Friday-Sunday

Cons

Pay is low. Management does not care about things that happen to you if you can’t make it to work no matter the circumstances they will point you and you can only have 10 or 12 before being fired and keep in mind if your a minute late your half pointed but no worries you can remove your half point that you got for being a minute late by working a 12 hour shift outside of your scheduled shift or wait a month without being late none to have a half or full point removed and if something happens and you are 30 minutes late you get a full point and from that perspective unless you 100% need money for that day you may as well turn around and go home because your still getting a full point even though you were 30 minutes late for a 12 hour shift
