      Pros

      Very good place to grow in your carrier and be exposed to wide array of technologies. The work environment is nice and the leadership invests in there employees.

      Cons

      Very fast paced environment and need to be able to adapt rapidly. Defiantly not a place were you can hide in the back and have other coworkers pick up your slack.

      Continuing education reimbursement Great team atmosphere Fair compensation and they aren't afraid to invest in the employees

      The workload can back up but it ensures you stay busy throughout the day which helps pass the time!

      Fun employees and great work space

      Poor direction from management, management desires to consolidate all IT operations such as SysAdmin, Cybersecurity, Network Engineer, Project Management, Backup Management, and more into a single role, instead of separating the roles as the company grew, leading to strife within the company and slower resolution times for issues.
