Company doesn't care about employees - Quality Premier Precision Group Employee Review

Management doesn't understand what happens in the shop. The whole company was put on mandatory overtime for 8 months instead of hiring more people to help with a work backlog. At the end the 8 months, there were layoffs. Many employees have gone years without raises. There aren't many opportunities for career growth.
