Pretty good people are employed. Troublesome employees often times don't make it past the probation period.

Quite low starting salary, which doesn't increase much over time - usually have to work weekends to make a decent income.

Always supported in whichever pathway I wanted to go down. Great team and people culture.

Behind the times and lack of (real) investment in company systems which feel outdated and cause consultants to become overworked unnecessarily. The systems (QMS, office manager) are built to be audited and for accounting purposes first, and neglect the end user.
