They have such a filthy environment. They have problems with you in wearing off-shoulder tops etc and have kept a dress code. They show a different culture and internally, the entire management is full of Nepotism. A bunch of Hooligans has started a company with 0 prior experience. Their technical team is headed by an egoistic maniac who knows nothing about people management. He talks abusive language in case of petty mistakes. Their CTO is equivalent to a developer who only knows how to code but knows nothing about leadership and ethics. It is the worst company having zero growth opportunities. This company is full of friends, family members. The technical team is very inexperienced and doesn't speak English.
