Pros

Great concept, flawed execution and strategy Great scenic drive to and from Key Biscayne.

Cons

Office culture is very immature. Compensation is minimal, commission is rigged to be changed on a dime depending on the mood of management. Constantly finding ways to avoid paying commission. If you need to worry about nickle and diming employees out of $120 to $800 that gives you an idea of where the company is going. Health benefits are practically non existent. No training and development. Thrown right into the fire and then held accountable if mistakes are made in good judgement. When commuting between both offices for work, all expenses on your responsibility. Micromanaged and watched. Employee moral is terrible. Everyone is unhappy, and demotivated Does not listen to top employees when determining direction; Strategy isn't parallel to current situation or needs of customers. Growth is Flat with a decline in future. No team synergy, everyone pulling in different directions and more concerned with covering themselves than making things work. Customers constantly complaining about curriculum and low quality of instructors who are basically all college students and have no real experience teaching students with the exception of 4-5 guys who are great. I could go on forever but you get the point. Hopefully this review helps; it is the truth.
