Pros

In a volatile world of defense contracting, they take care of their own. Recently, the government reduced the personnel needed for a major contract by almost 20%. By moving people around, and even taking the unheard of step of moving one person to overhead, no one lost their job. That's commitment to people. If you commit yourself to giving them your best, they commit to doing their best for you.

Cons

They are still relatively small, and they have a very measured plan for growth, so movement up in the organization is limited.

Pros

I love the type of work I do at Prescient. My team is very supportive, and I also get to see what else is going on with other practices. Leadership is very transparent, which I have not seen in my previous jobs.

Cons

Benefits are ok, but could be better.
