Avoid - Analyst Prescient Edge Employee Review

First, the client is frustrated with the company and knows that they "low-ball" (not my words) employees and can't keep them, which makes things awkward for everyone involved. Second, because of this toxic environment, their was an HR issue (client announced to a room full of people that contractors are a waste of time and useless) and the company did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. Other bigger companies like Booze have moved their employees because of HR issues between contractors and clients. I understand that this is a small company, but a morsel of loyalty or consideration would have been appreciated.
