      Easy work, nothing crazy. Most people with a few years in IT should be able to manage successfully.

      Cons

      No advancement as I was on an out-of-state contract with no other IT staff.

      Good learning environment for an entry level IT working. Management was supportive, but not suffocating. I had a very good experience.
