      Pros

      Good company to work for overall. Very team oriented. Silos are discouraged. Sharing knowledge is encouraged.

      Cons

      Not the best at meeting personal needs. I could not take time off for major dental work. All decisions were driven by the client. Had an issue with the client but there was no concern even after documented abuse by the client.

      Pros

      Easy work, nothing crazy. Most people with a few years in IT should be able to manage successfully.

      Cons

      No advancement as I was on an out-of-state contract with no other IT staff.
