There is no pro with this company

HR is a sham, the person is on their way out but never actually was checked in. Management makes a-lot of promises but doesn't live up to any of them, at one point they dangled going public in front of everyone, but then that was cancelled. Data breaches with our private information to say the least. This company does not care about its employees, they will strategically make you think you are part of the team, but once they get what they need out of you then will move on. Don't waste your talent here.

Work Life Balance. Nothing else...

They don't value their employees and they just don't listen. They don't allow their employees to come to the table and share their concerns and when they do, there's no course of action. Nothing is done. Management is HORRIBLE, most of them. Opportunity for growth is limited unless you're one of the management's FAVORITES. Major Politics. Basic Benefits, Low salary, NO RAISE!!!
