pay drops to $16 an hr when you are not training training is unorganized and not fully vetted training is created by people that aren't stylist training that should be hands on is replaced by a video which can lead to un happy clients the styling products are misused and not explained appropriately there isn't a way to track your tips and the system used is not fully explained not enough clientele to support the business being open stylist are sent home without pay because of lack of business invests more in the aesthetic than the actual operations
