Pros
None whatsoever. All the good people were either fired or they left. Only a handful of nice people are left (like 2-3)
Cons
- Terrible culture and management. Some people think that they own the place and go around asking people to "shush". They misbehave with interns, with colleagues, but are nice to seniors and C-Levels. Even after constant reports, there's no action or mitigation steps taken. Instead, they get a hike.
- Random layoffs. There's no rhyme and reason to the layoffs. There are terrible performers and toxic people at Prestatech who should be removed ASAP. Some people don't know how to read documentation and write whatever garbage code they can come up with. To them, basic things like linting are hard. Terrible performance is rewarded and good performers are fired.
- Bootlicking culture. If you lick the boots, you will get a hike. There are no technical discussions, only bootlicking happening between tech leads and people trying to get a hike. If you try to talk about technical things, someone will say "lets have another meeting for this".
