Shared goal of more Asian representation in media. Great learning experience for someone looking to get started in the entertainment industry. Learned ins and outs of submitting talents, sending auditions and communicating with casting directors. Worked remotely, so it was convenient

Small company, theatrical department is still relatively new. Company has a long way to go. The job was doing a little bit of everything and sometimes did not get a proper brief on what needed to be done. Also felt like any miscellaneous task was thrown at your way
