      Nice benefits, snacks and possibility to go on a company trip every year

      Cons

      Company hires people overseas for 6-7 months of probation period and simply dismiss them without hesitation and real reason. Talent and taxes exploration, really.

      The people are awesome. Very friendly and overall a very tight knit culture. Flexible environment depending on the season.

      Can get really busy at times, but it's fun.
